Proust Questionnaire

In the late 19th century, the French writer Marcel Proust stumbled upon a questionnaire called "An Album to Record Thoughts, Feelings, etc." Proust answered the survey several times in his life, and helped popularize the revelatory questions, which became known as the Proust Questionnaire, as a way to uncover a subject's true characteristics and emotions ever since.
