After watching the movie Food, Inc. last night I have decided that I am going to become a vegetarian. However, I'm the type of person who does lots of research before I just start something. So I have been reading some website and blogs.

My roommate, Jenny, is also a Vegetarian so she said that she will teach me the ways of the veg.
Another "Life Style Change" is that I am really wanting to study Buddhism. I have been reading "Eat, Pray, Love" and I have found all of it so interesting. I think that Buddists are such peaceful people and why not study what they believe?
Last but not least, I want to change my work out habits. Scratch that. I want to develop some work out habits. I've gained soooo much weight! I thought that walking to and from school would help a little but it really hasn't.
Any thoughts or tips?
